Prep & Care

Read this before your visit. Shared preparation and aftercare by treatment type, so you know what to do before and after your appointment.

Laser Hair RemovalApplies to: All laser areas including face, body, intimate areas, combo treatments, and full body

Before

  • Shave the treatment area around 24 hours beforehand. Do not wax, thread, or pluck.
  • Avoid tanning, sunbeds, and self-tan on the area before your appointment.
  • Arrive with clean skin and no deodorant, oils, creams, or fragrance on the area.
  • Tell us about medication changes, skin reactions, or recent sun exposure.

After

  • Keep the area cool and avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
  • Avoid fragranced products, exfoliation, and other active treatments until sensitivity settles.
  • Use broad-spectrum SPF on exposed areas and avoid tanning between sessions.
  • Do not pick or scratch. Treated hairs may shed naturally over the following days.

Extra tips

  • Wear loose clothing after larger or intimate areas to reduce friction.
  • For full body sessions, arrive well hydrated and allow extra preparation time.
Teeth WhiteningApplies to: 30 and 60 minute sessions, plus 30 and 60 minute top-ups

Before

  • Brush and floss gently before attending, and tell us about sensitivity or recent dental work.
  • Arrange a dental check first if you have pain, untreated decay, gum problems, or damaged teeth.
  • Avoid whitening products immediately before the appointment unless advised otherwise.

After

  • For 24–48 hours, favour pale foods and clear drinks. Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, and strongly coloured sauces.
  • Avoid smoking or vaping where possible, and rinse with water after eating or drinking.
  • Use a sensitivity toothpaste if needed and follow the product-specific advice provided.
  • Contact us or your dentist if sensitivity is severe, persistent, or accompanied by pain.
Skin TreatmentsApplies to: Hydrofacial, radiofrequency, post laser aloe facial, and laser rejuvenation

Before

  • Pause retinoids, exfoliating acids, and strong active products as advised before treatment.
  • Avoid tanning, sunbeds, waxing, and other intensive facial treatments close to your appointment.
  • Arrive with clean skin where possible and tell us about medication, allergies, or recent procedures.

After

  • Use a gentle cleanser, simple moisturiser, and broad-spectrum SPF while the skin settles.
  • Avoid heat, strenuous exercise, exfoliation, retinoids, and strong actives for the advised period.
  • Do not pick, scrub, or peel the skin. Allow temporary redness or dryness to settle naturally.
  • Contact the clinic if you develop unexpected swelling, blistering, or prolonged discomfort.

Extra tips

  • After a hydrofacial, keep makeup light and your routine simple and hydrating.
  • After laser rejuvenation, sun avoidance and daily SPF are especially important.
  • The post laser aloe facial is designed to hydrate and calm skin after laser and help reduce irritation.
